We combine the freshest muddled ingredients, syrups, reductions, infusions, liquors, liqueurs and ices to create delicious cocktails in a fun and lively bar and lounge.
The wine program at Parallel 37 focuses primarily on the local and regional wines of Napa and Sonoma. Wines are available by the glass or by the bottle with an extensive selection of half-bottles for sharing and pairing with the bar menu.
